As a Channel and Metaphysician who is in awe, still!, of the magic of this world and universe, of synchronicity, messages, Divine Intervention, guidance, intuition, precognition, destined events. . . the list goes on. . .
One thing never ceases to call my attention swiftly,
And that is a message that myself or one of my clients is caught in a loop with a frustrating struggle.
Nine times out of ten, it’s a ‘perception loop’ overlaying itself onto reality and pretending to be oh so very real about who they ‘really are’.
Perception Loops AKA Core Beliefs are powerful inner drivers and have usually been running the show behind the scenes for many years.
Old experiences, old traumas, they shape our perceptions, they shape the greatness of who we are.
The problem is, these experiences also shape a limiting perception of who we are, how powerful we are or aren’t, how important we are or aren’t, how loved, how adequate, how smart, the list goes on and on.
Negative perceptions like these that limit our beliefs about what we are capable of, and what we deserve, they become a living trap we keep stepping into.
They govern our decisions, who we marry, what kind of business we run, what kind of frustrating struggles we experience, and yes, they especially govern our results because they are completely connected to what we believe we deserve, and they play out over and over and over again. . .
Proving us ‘right’ and our perceptions, negative tho they may be, to be ‘true’.
The best news is, once we become aware of them, and how they are showing up for us, we can begin to transform them and break free.
So, if you are having any kind of slow down in business, aren’t meeting your goals, don’t feel in alignment with your purpose or have struggles with your team, your partners, your selling, marketing, messaging, delivering, attracting, magnetizing and nurturing. . .
And it’s not a one time thing, but a pattern on painful repeat. . .
The fastest way to transform these frustrating (repetitive) life & business struggles is to do some deliberate work to gain perspective and shine light on your negative perceptions of who you think you are, what you think you deserve, and then decode this information to see the patterns they are creating in your life and your business.
Albert Einstein is known for saying, “You can never solve a problem on the same level it was created."
Consciously shift your view, even slightly, and it changes everything you see about what’s really going on in your life and business.
I often invite my clients to envision climbing a tree with me all the way to the top and then taking a look down.
When you zoom out like this and take a look at your life and business, you’ll see patterns and dynamics that would otherwise be hidden from your sight and awareness-these patterns often become SO obvious once seen from this perspective!
I encourage you to give your favourite tree a magical climb, and be sure to have pen and paper handy for any aha’s in the moment!
Get up high, get a new perspective and then climb down and do some discovery work with your aha’s, pen and paper.
I promise you, it will be illuminating. Liberating. Transformative.
