Hello Beautiful Soul,
Before we begin speaking love to your business, it's important to speak about honouring the energy of your business.
As a norm, many of us were taught to manipulate our businesses, to shove, push, demand, drain, and generally rule without compassion or love as a part of the process.
I don’t believe there was any malice in the teaching. It's just the way things were done to get results.
But what if you knew that your business was alive, with its own energy and purpose?
It would change everything, yes?
Over the last 20 years of working with Heart Centered Business Women, their businesses grew and became more satisfying and more profitable when they changed from force to flow, from shoving to supporting and from loathing to loving.
This is why I teach Love as a way of being in relationship and communication with your business.
Because your business is indeed alive. . . with its own force, flow and energetic structure.
It doesn't have to feel like we are speaking to a brick wall and that the only way to grow is through force and pressure.
I’m offering you an alternative to that way of doing business.
A Loving Way.
First things first in this Loving Way,. . .
The awareness that your business is alive, and can hear and feel you, is key.
That key naturally opens the door for you to dig a little deeper and build a new awareness around speaking to your business with love.
One of my favourite ways to build a new awareness is to use well known parallel experiences that are real to us on a personal level.
For example, many of us know that speaking love to our gardens helps them to grow, bloom and thrive. . .
And here enters a quick story about my kitchen garden,. . .
There was enough light, water, and soil and yet. . .
My plants were struggling. Thin. Not flowering. And generally looking under the weather!
One morning, I found a broken off piece of African Violet sitting in the soil.
“Oh no”, I exclaimed outloud, and lovingly put it back in the soil.
I followed up with some loving words of encouragement daily, along with the right amount of light, water and soil.
Within 2 weeks, not only had it taken root, there was a new family budding at its feet. I was overjoyed!!
As time went on, I started to speak to all of my plants, and very quickly they all started to thrive, blooming and growing at a rapid pace.
And in particular, the African Violet has responded to the loving words spoken.
In fact, as we speak, she has grown so much that she’s grown far beyond the edges of the pot and is due to move on up to a bigger pot!
From that one broken off piece, an entire community has been created.
As I continue to speak the words of love to my garden each morning, I can’t help but notice the feeling I receive.
The love is returned to me.
The relationship is present and it’s building.
In the same way, I am encouraging you to speak to your business with words of love and watch it, just like magic, bloom and grow.

Here are some steps to taking a loving approach and to speak the words of love to your business:
Step 1: Understand Your Business's Needs
Before you can express your love and support for your business, it's crucial to understand her needs.
Take the time to analyze your business's strengths, weaknesses, goals, and aspirations.
By gaining a deep understanding of your business, you will be better equipped to address its needs and provide the support it requires.
Step 2: Craft a Powerful Mission Statement
A mission statement is like a love letter to your business.
It encapsulates your vision, values, and purpose.
Take the time to carefully craft a powerful mission statement that aligns with your business's goals and resonates with your target audience.
A well-crafted mission statement will serve as a powerful reminder of why you started your business and the impact you want to make.
Step 3: Use Positive Affirmations and Connections
Just as individuals, and plants!, thrive on positive affirmations and loving energy, your business can benefit from them as well.
Regularly remind your business of its strengths and achievements.
Whether it's through internal memos, team meetings, or even sticky notes on your desktop, words of affirmation can build confidence and foster a positive mindset within your business.
Your team is part of the energy of your business, as are your clients. Spread the love around. Xo
Personally, I also love to take the time to feel into the energy of my business.
I encourage my clients to do the same.
Where is she? What is she doing? What does she need from me?
I will often hear words within moments of checking in. She is very clear about what she needs!
I then imagine seeing her in a vision, and when I ask what does she look like?
The most amazing vision comes forward!
A golden heart, and within that heart, a beautiful blooming garden with birds singing, water flowing and a place to sit around a stone fountain.
I spend time sending my love and receiving hers.
Step 4: Establish an Open Communication Channel
Loving Communication with your business is a two-way street.
Create an environment where open dialogue is encouraged and valued.
Establish regular check-ins with your team, allowing them to express their ideas, concerns, and suggestions.
By actively listening to your team members and addressing their feedback, you foster a culture of trust and collaboration within your business.
Do the same for your business energy, be open to hearing, pay attention to the Intuitive Nudges you get and take action on them.
Step 5: Regularly Evaluate and Adjust
Regular evaluation and adjustment are crucial to the growth and success of your business.
So often we are missing key feedback points from our clients or our business and her needs.
Be willing to evaluate and adjust. Don’t get stuck wanting things to be ‘done’. I know how that feels!
But it’s more important to see your business, your programs, your marketing as a living breathing ecosystem.
Set specific goals and track your progress regularly.
Assess your strategies, processes, and communication channels to ensure they align with your business's needs.
Embrace flexibility and adaptability to stay ahead in an ever-changing market.
Keep the eyes of Love on your business, your team and your clients.
Step 6: Celebrate Milestones and Achievements
Celebrate your business!
Your business deserves recognition.
Make a habit of celebrating your successes, whether big or small.
Acknowledge the hard work and dedication that went into achieving those milestones.
By celebrating, you show gratitude and appreciation, motivating your team and reinforcing a positive company culture for everyone to enjoy.
Remember, energy flows and ripples out into the world and back to you.
I believe that making a stand for love at the center of your business will ripple out and create a loving flow that will change the world. ❤️
Speaking directly to your business with words of love is more than just creating sentimental moments.
It's about laying the foundation for success, growth, and resilience through deepened connection.
By understanding your business's needs, crafting a powerful mission statement, using positive affirmations, establishing open communication channels, regularly evaluating and adjusting, and celebrating achievements, you nurture your business and strengthen its foundation for long-term success.
I encourage you to pour your love into your business and watch it thrive and bloom!
Here’s to thriving together!
With love,
Kaeleya xo
